Initial Outfitting & Transition (IO&T)
In the area of Initial Outfitting and Transition (IO&T), we partner with general construction companies to outfit new or renovated healthcare facilities with medical/surgical and laboratory equipment.
IO&T provides program and project management with contracting support to healthcare construction projects across the Continental United States, U.S. territories, and overseas locations.

Make-to-Order Kitting
Our Make-to-Order (MTO) medical kits are designed and assembled to customer-specified component lists, packing configurations, and shelf-life requirements, so each kit arrives ready for its intended mission profile.
Kits are built to order rather than drawn from generic stock. Our sourcing team works from your bill of materials to select components, manage substitutions when items go on backorder, and hold configurations consistent across repeat orders.
Every kit is lot-tracked and packaged for deployment, training, and sustainment use, with documentation supporting traceability and expiry management across the life of the contract.
